Football                                                                                     Dos had been in the little room for most of the day, when he felt that the beats and frequencies were starting to make no sense to him. Take a break he thought, then, he thanked himself for being so considerate.
       He went over and plonked down next to where Padoke was laying on the floor watching a football game on the television. Dos said, sorry to interrupt the football Padoke.
       Not a problem said Padoke, it is a replay, I watched it live, it is a good clean game.
       Dos asked, do you think sport analogies are used inappropriately by social leaders far too often?
       Padoke responded, the ability to make intelligent and diplomatic statements about social events is not a prerequisite to be a social leader. Talking like a hyped-up sports commentator attempting to make half time in a football game both exciting and interesting is a more a common trait. The concept of the political process bears no resemblance to what the ancient Greeks called democracy and that was only for the elite anyway. So, what has changed? Nothing has changed and always take note of who is making the commentary.
      Dos said, Padoke, you are very observant.
      Padoke continued to watch the replayed of the football game.
