     The organisation for the production and usage of energy would be individually registered in an application on every citizen’s personal device. Instead of going to the gymnasium, the citizens will go to a dynamo house and generate surplus energy credits.
     All media would make content to promote the virtues of citizens who have large energy surpluses.
     Girls and boys will be encouraged to show devotional love for citizens who can pull out their personal devices and open an application that shows the size of their energy surplus. These energy surpluses will be something to be proud of, look at the size of my energy surplus.
     My energy surplus is so big at present, I can go and visit my grandmother this weekend and still hold credits.
     Children will be encouraged to shame capable citizens with small or negative surplus.
     Look at his little energy surplus, how impotent is that?
     Another aspect of this campaign would be about the perception of speed. Instead of achieving some goal quickly, it will be considered far more appropriate to take as long as possible to do almost everything. The longer something takes to do or achieve, the better.
