Momentum                                                                              Dos said, every so often in Western culture, some aspiring or hereditary billionaire will call on legislators to remove impediments in the administrative process, so that they can gain greater profits sooner rather than later.
     These impediments would have been established over long periods of time in order to reduce the chance of repeating mistakes that were the result of ill-conceived decisions that suited a few influential people with selfish motives. The bigger the issue, hopefully the more effort and consideration should be employed.
     So, why the Rush?
