                                      Jumping around

Dollcee had not been her usual chatty self this morning, she was tapping away mangling’s images quietly. Eventually she said, I have been thinking, most of a citizen’s time is spent with words going around in their heads or exchanging them with other citizens. I was wondering if all the words that are related to or cause trouble were removed, would that improve the existence for most citizens.

Dos let out a long slow whistle, there is only one content maker that could come up with a concept like that and that is you Dollcee, I like it.

Cybo said, I cannot see it happening, but it would certainly be a good strategy to try.

Dollcee said, I have already thought out how to implement it, that is why I haven’t said much, it took me a while to figure it out.

It is a simple plan. Every trouble maker will be given a special phone and underwear. An application on the phone listens in on everything they say and when they use words in connection with the intention of causing trouble, an electrical shock is administered through their underwear.

Cybo said, if you see a citizen start jumping around erratically all of a sudden, then avoid them, because they are talking with the intention to cause trouble.

Dollcee said, I would call it retraining, not jumping around.

Dos said, do you think it would be considered a breach of a citizen’s rights to express themselves.

That is probably correct Dos, but it would be extremely funny observing citizens being retrained to be non-trouble causing citizens.

Dos said, I would feel a lot safer in this neighbourhood with trouble makers fitted out with such underwear, but I can’t see it happening.

Dollcee said, what if the leaders of mankind were the only ones who had to wear them as a condition of being a leader.
Cybo said, now that would be a major step forward for peace and security, citizens would vote for it in a flash.
