Mistakes
Dollcee said, do any of those professors you follow on the line ever write about unlearning, Dos.
Dos displayed one of his classic vague expressions and said, what do you mean by unlearning, Dollcee.
Dollcee said, well sometimes it is hard to comprehend somethings because, it conflicts so much with how you currently see something. Like we assume gravity keeps us on the ground. Now, if someone floated into this room without no apparent supports, it would be extremely difficult to comprehend what is going on, because of our assumption about gravity, we may even get un-nerved by the whole thing.
Dos asked, do you think this is going to happen?
Dollcee said, face up to it Dos, we are characters in a blog, anything is possible around here and we will be obliged to acknowledge it. I have no idea what is going to be attributed to my character. I can handle the occasional joke at my expense, but there are limits.
Dos said, I am not so sure about floating bodies, but I can see that it is sometimes hard to accept that you are completely wrong or even that there is a better way to go about doing something. It might be possible that you would have to forget about what you believe, in order to adopt a new attitude. I can’t say that I have seen any articles by any professors that state that they were wrong. There are plenty that point out the errors of others though.
Cybo made a gesture with his left hand and said, I believe that there is a constant transitioning going on both with the over all culture and with citizens. For those who have not experienced this, then they are surely being deprived of what is possible.
Dollcee said, if I kept a record of all my mistakes, I would reach a point where I would make no mistakes, simply because there would no time, because of all my time would be taken up recording my mistakes.
