                                            Breakdown

Dos said, I have been reading lots of articles written by literary professors who are no longer employed as academics and they are driving taxi cabs for the purpose of research. They are in a frenzy over the psychological traits of fictional characters that have been written by individuals compared to characters that have been written by writing teams.

Dollcee said, you read some weird things Dos. However, being fictitious characters ourselves, I suppose it could be an interesting comparison.

Cybo asked, do you think that we might be able to do some self-analysis or would that have to be done externally?

Dos said, the professors all agree that the characters written by teams are better characters. However, they are far more inclined towards criminal behaviour.

Cybo said, I assume that collective intelligence would have more experience to draw from.

Dollcee said, if ever I have a character breakdown, I will expect any writer that has been involved with developing me to be brought to account and made to explain themselves.

Cybo said, it was much more straight forward when the churches controlled everything and whatever. There was the behavioural rule book that covered everything from copulation to burial of the remains. Then, there was the local recognized authority from ‘the heavens above’ to administer the rules and collect on going expenses in order to sustain it all. There were few behavioural problems because it was made very clear that all citizens were being watched at all times from above and there were more than enough bolts of lightning to deal with any matters.

Dos asked, do you think that hand held smart devices can successfully replace all of that Cybo?

Cybo replied, with the assistance from machine language, I think it is already happening.

Dos said, that is amazing, I wonder where all the redundant angels and heavenly administrators have been relocated to.
Cybo said, surely, they would have got generous redundancy packages.

Dollcee said, as long as we stay within the little room in the universe, our fictional characters should be immune to major culture and psychological restructuring.

Padoke said, I am a legitimate character, at least, in this blog I am.
