                                            Rosa’s advice

My grandmother, Rosa, has cared for me for as long as I remember. She is the smartest person I know and she is kind and tolerant. The older I get, the more I realize I would not have survived without her.

She works as a cleaner at the local public school. She is also an honorary member of the neighbourhood gang that provides protection and security for the school. She spends far more time negotiating settlements for disputes than cleaning, but all concerned appreciate her efforts and help keep the school clean and tidy. It is a safe and well-run school.

The gang gave her a tablet for her birthday last year and she quickly became adept at using it.

Rosa helped to established this site. She said, Dos, for goodness’ sake, put the music on the line. Once, only the washing was put on the line, but now, everything has to go on the line. I always try my best to follow Rosa’s advice.
