                                                Moving

Dollcee said, if it was possible for us to move beyond the little room in the universe, I wonder if it would broaden our perception of everything and whatever.

Dos let out a long slow ah hmm, then said, I doubt it. It probably would work for you Dollcee, but you get out and about anyway.

Dollcee said, what, I get to commute on the bus and occasionally go to Lyle the hairdresser. Is that your idea of getting out and about, Dos?

Cybo said, it is a funny thing, I have also thought about this matter. I have wondered whether a fictitious character can exist beyond the setting they are portrayed in. I also believe it might be unusual that a fictitious character can think about their own identity.

Cybo paused for some time and then said, maybe we are artificial fictitious characters. This is ground breaking stuff if we are.

Dollcee said, get stuffed Cybo, we definitely have made it very clear that there is nothing artificial in the universe; that includes us.

Cybo asked sheepishly, what about self-generating fictitious characters?

Dollcee’s strong reminder to Cybo brought the conversation to a long pause, so she reinstated it; I suppose if you are a tree, you would be rooted to a position and your only hope would be to grow tall.

Dos said, then your self-conscious neighbouring trees would grow with you and cancel the chances of broadening your perception with a better view.

Padoke said, maybe you might consider my position. A wild wolf, roaming yonder and then, evolutionary species engineers come along and reduce my existence to a domesticated pet for a bunch of confused fictitious blog characters that entertain a non-existent audience. Now that is a concise definition of futile.
