A moment 
        Dollcee asked a passing moment, why are so many of the leaders of mankind often exposed as questionable characters?

        The moment passed in silence and then, Dos said, because, it reassures citizens that no matter how badly you fail with your obligations as a good citizen, there are highly successful members of the culture that have done far worst then you could even imagine.

        Dollcee asked, how can you express such cynicism towards our great and glorious culture, Dos?

        Dos said, I apologise to all the young citizens that believe their identity is an integral part of the popular culture.

        Dollcee said, even though no citizens take the slightest interest in our popular culture content, we must adhere to our responsibilities and not attempt to distort the cultural perception of the up-and-coming young citizens. Onward, brave souls of the great future that awaits you.

        Cybo asked, what is our position on young citizens experimenting with their perception for the reason of curiosity. Or, if they experiment with their perception for recreational entertainment?

        Dollcee said, I am not an official gatekeeper of cultural integrity. For that matter, I am not even a volunteer cultural gatekeeper. How can I cast judgements on what young citizens can and cannot do.

        Dos said, as I understand it, any citizen can adopt as set of beliefs that enable them to perceive something. However, that does not ensure that any other citizens will have a clue as to what they are on about. So, it will probably mean a one-way trip to a mental hygiene facility.

        Dollcee said, that is a major drawback of being a popular culture content maker, whatever you make must be understood by citizens of the culture. Understanding perception is common agreement.

        Padoke said, as a domesticated dog, most things are best not said. Or else, you are accused of being barking mad.
