Indentify Yourself
Dos asked Dollcee, what do you think is the most important part of your identity, Dollcee?
Dollcee didn’t answer, she sat there and didn’t move.
Padoke observed that she was blinking and breathing, he thought, all is good.
Dos is polite and didn’t press Dollcee for an answer.
Dollcee
finally broke her silence and said, there is an awful lot of pulsing and
switching happening in my head at present. I can’t ever remember doing a value assessment of my identity before.
Dos said, I am sorry Dollcee, I didn’t mean to cause a neurological event for you.
That’s okay Dos, hopefully it will settle down soon.
Padoke said, go to bed and sleep it off Dollcee. It will all untangle; you have a stable fully functional neurological system.
Dos said, for a dog, you come out with some amazing things Padoke. Dollcee is having an identity crisis and you say go to bed and sleep it off.
Padoke replied, there is no crisis happening Dos, why on earth is there any need to develop a value structure of a person’s identity, when they are in constant flux as to where and what is currently conceptually important to them. Sometimes, I think you need to reboot your operating system, Dos.
