Intergalactic Art Critic There is a blackout in the neighbourhood and Dollcee, Padoke and Dos and Cybo are sitting in the dark.
Dollcee said she is feeling restrained by Western art. It moves so slowly, in fact, it is my impression that it is in reverse.
Anyway, she continues, I am considering becoming an intergalactic art critic.
It took more than a blackout to keep Padoke, Dos and Cybo quiet for long.
Cybo said, Dollcee, I hope the editor of this blog has enough guts to let you run with this concept and not worry about offending some relics.
Dos said, Fantastic, it never occurred to me that Western art has become stationary.
Dollcee said, reverse, I mean a very slow sort of reverse. Pick up a dead leaf and examine it, that is what abstract art is for me, natural decay. However, my position on abstract art could change any moment. As you are well aware, the universe is in constant flux.
Dollcee was off, the phenomena of galactic creations, also known as the heavens, are no longer the sole property of the churches. The imagery being transmitted back from the space telescopes are universal decorations beyond the imagination of earthly emissaries or their appointed painters, musicians and hymesters. How it is represented needs to be analysed and interpreted by the new unincumbered art critics. The sky is the gallery of art’s future.
Bravo Dollcee! cheered Padoke, Dos and Cybo.
