Dollcee said, for a moment, I thought I might be able to stand outside our little room in the universe and observe who and what we are doing from an objective position.
Dos asked, why did you abandon the idea that you could look into our existence.
Dollcee said, I realized that it would require a separate cultural framework to make a genuine analysis and I only know the culture I currently exist in.
Dos said, I suppose we are and always will be belly button gazers, but as you say, there is no alternative. At least, we know we are evolved fish in a bowl, critically analyzing evolved fish in a bowl. Do you think that a fish in the bowl is looking at the reflection of themselves on the inside of the bowl?
Dollcee said, as digital popular cultural content makers, we are really practitioners of the art of deception.
Dos said, in my short time as a citizen, we are all practitioners of art. As a species we have bent, no, we have distorted our relationship with the environment we evolve in so much, that eating, drinking and breathing are now art forms.
Dollcee said, I think it is interesting that the leaders of mankind go on about progress all the time and it is this so-called progress, that is the distortion pedal on existence.
Dos asked, I wonder what the citizens in the really olden days before rock’n’roll would have called the distortion pedal of existence?
Dollcee said, they probably would have said, this is the work of the devil himself.
Dos said, I really like that Dollcee, the devil himself was evidently a big supporter of early rock and roll. I wonder who he really was. At least we know that he was a he. According to everything I have read, he was a he.
Dollcee said, I wonder why all the important metaphysical characters are he.
