How do you re-calibrate your mind and upgrade to a new way of thinking. Like do you have to establish an alternative way of thinking about the whatever, or can you simply reconfigure your neural pathways by deleting the belief. I wonder if there is an app to guide you through the reconfiguration process.

Dollcee answered in a dreamy way, I suppose. Most times though someone challenges you about something and you think later, they do have a point. However, what I am talking about here is an internal observation, much harder, because there is no reference, only self doubt.
