Padoke paused long enough for Dos to think about this and as Dos was about to speak, Padoke said, as far as I can see, there is no humanoid intelligence, singular or collective, that is capable of controlling the world. If there was some over arching controller, the abuse of the planet would be curtailed.
Padoke went on, I could give a list of who I think tries to control all eight billion humans. I think it is really a case of who makes the most noise and attempts to drown out others, is more the case. Like, do as we say, not as we do.
