Dos said, do you think we are a bit naïve to be participating in popular culture content making?
Dollcee replied, we are definitely not a bit naïve Dos, we are very, very, naive. That goes some of the way to explaining why, no citizens in the culture are aware of our cultural content making activities. Information coming in, absolutely, nothing going out.
Dos said in a dreamy sort of way, do you think we will ever overcome our naivety, Dollcee?
Dollcee said, we are never going to overcome our ignorance. Everything and whatever in the universe is so expansive and dynamic, even if we are culturally well trained and experienced, as soon as we think we are getting on top of things, some disruptor will come along and put us back in our box.
Dos said, at least we have all of our content well catalogued and saved in multiple locations. The bytes of a group of digi-kidz from a period, from a culture, buried by time.
Dollcee said, even if our contemporaries never know of us, an archaeologist from the future might find our well catalogued works.
Cybo said, that would be interesting, we know we are normal, ordinary digi-kidz from the neighborhood, but how will a future archaeologist determine how good our work is. Probably think, oh no, more digital content from the age of the digi-kidz.
Dos said, that is weird, a total stranger who hasn’t even been born yet, making a considered assessment of the works of Padoke, a popular culture band.
Cybo said, music as we know it now might not even exist in the future. Citizens may wear outfits that have stimulators fitted to trigger the nerves in order to achieve particular reactions, even moods. No more reproductive activity for the fun of it, simply wear a pair of romance pants with sound and visual enhancers. An outfit to suit any occasion or state of mind.
Dollcee said, that sounds like intoxication replacement, attire.
Dos said, that would lead to many interesting conversations; what did you do last night Frank? Oh, I wore a new outfit that can be dialed up to thirteen and I was gone for hours, until the batteries went flat. What an outfit, I think it needs bigger batteries, though. I am going to be stepping out in these ‘groove shoes’ tonight, you should get a pair.
